Christine Phung is a fashion designer whose work lies between strict elegance and luxury sportswear. "The woman I dress is an explorer. She constantly invests new places and spaces, including the digital space, which fascinates her, as she navigates effortlessly between the digital and the real world." "A serious and free woman, who wears color with grace." The designer enjoys pleating, the cubism of patchworks, geometric embroidery, metallic tweeds, and more.

For her Teddy jacket, she envisioned a "glitch" pattern (electronic display bugs). Deliberately blurred, the pattern creates a sensation of movement and space.

The Teddy jacket originated in America, from Harvard University and its baseball team, which featured an "H" on it in 1865 to designate it. In the 1930s, it became a reward for good students. Then, in the 1980s, it was appropriated, notably by Michael Jackson. It came to symbolize youth and freedom. It is ubiquitous, and most fashion designers have incorporated it into their collections. With a zipper, collar, elastic cuffs, and hem, these are its defining features.
